Nina's teaching is lively and in-depth. Regular class attendance and practise will develop your agility, stamina, full-body awareness and deep relaxation.
Nina specialises in teaching those students who at first believe they are 'too inflexible' for yoga (there is no such thing!) and movement and posture enthusiasts wanting to optimise their bodies and minds for whatever they wish to do with them.
