Service Description

All levels welcome, including beginners. Please contact me to book. The practice will develop strength, agility and relaxation. All will benefit from this class which focuses on: Relaxation and stress relief Strengthening and improving mobility Releasing tension Improving posture Breath awareness Students learn through demonstrations and thorough guidance on how to engage, place, extend, move and relax.
